ALEXANDRIA, VA, Sept. 23, 2015 (Press Release) -AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, has launched a redesigned version of its website, www.aiccbox.org. The eight month process included member interviews and beta testing by several AICC Emerging Leaders and the AICC Marketing Committee to ensure the needs of members were reflected in the new design and functionality. Several of the resources will only be available to AICC members and will require a login.

It has a very clean and inviting look which makes it easy for members as well as prospects take advantage of all of the beneficial resources AICC has to offer such as access to vital technical resources, registering for Regional and National Meetings as well as our online Packaging University. We are very excited about this new website platform with its direct ties into our membership database and accounting systems since it will allow us to provide many new exciting member tools in the near future to facilitate communication and networking between our members. The AICC website will be the premier portal for the independent packaging manufacturer," says Al Hoodwin, CEO, Michigan City Paper Box Co., Michigan City, Indiana and AICC Marketing Committee Chair.
The site's fresh look, combined with enhanced content and improved search functionality, allows members to better interact with AICC online. Enhancements, such as an improved member directory and easier access industry experts, will be added over the next few months. There are also promotional areas throughout the website to provide Associate Members the opportunity to promote their latest innovations.
"We believe that the new website is a great opportunity for members to learn and connect," said Steve Young, President, AICC. "It is a more dynamic visual presentation of AICC's creative and innovative member services."
Members are being informed about the website through a series of mailed brochures and postcards. The printing of the first mailer was generously donated by Lewisburg Printing Company, Lewisburg, Tenn.
