Precision Paper Converters to add facial tissue line at Wisconsin plant

KAUKAUNA, WI, Feb. 1, 2011 (Press Release) -Precision Paper Converters, LLC, is announcing the purchase of a new facial tissue converting line to be installed in its Kaukauna Industrial Park facility. The new line consists of an interfolder, a servo-driven sheet cutter, a fully automated packaging line, and related material handling equipment.

"This new converting line will support our continuing growth as ‘The Facial Tissue Specialists' for away-from-home and retail markets", stated Jack Mason, President of PPC. Jeff Anderson, PPC's Vice President of Marketing and Sales, added that, "In addition to much needed capacity, the new converting line will provide enhanced production capabilities such as the ability to convert lotioned tissue products. This new equipment further positions PPC as the go-to company for all varieties of facial tissue and related products".

Delivery and installation of the converting line is slated for May of this year. The company expects to add six to eight new employees related to the new equipment.

Precision Paper Converters, LLC, produces a full line of facial and lens tissue products sold through retail and away-from-home distribution channels. These include the company's line of Sniffles® brand facial tissue products.
