DAYTON, OH, March 22, 2014 (Local News) -A paper manufacturer has expanded operations at its Franklin facility, and is hiring, the company said Monday.

Cranford, N.J.-based Newark Recycled Paperboard Solutions said it has expanded capabilities at its Franklin plant from the production of binder, book and packaging industries to now include processes such as converting, slitting, tube and core winding, and precision re-cutting of cores.
