ALEXANDRIA, VA, July 9, 2013 (Press Release) -AICC is pleased to announce its eighth Independent Corrugated Converter Sales Compensation Survey. This survey was conducted during early 2013 and updates the most comprehensive survey of key sales compensation salaries and benefits being paid by independent corrugator plants and independent sheet plants in the United States and Canada.
  • Are your salespeople being compensated in line with other plants in your area?
  • How does your incentive package compare with other box plants in your Region? Nationwide?
  • Are there changes occurring to meet the needs of a changing work force?

This report can give you insight into what is happening in your Region and nationwide. It is based on data from 120 independent corrugator and sheet plants. These companies employ over 11,000 full-time employees spread across all 11 AICC regions and sold approximately $2.7 billion of corrugated products in 2012. All responses to this survey were collected and compiled by Association Research, Inc., Gaithersburg, Maryland, and have been held in strictest confidence.
