Griffin Communications and AICC were awarded with two 2014 Gold Awards by the Association of Marketing Communications Professionals. The statues, known as MarCom Awards are peer recognition by this national organization for both excellence and effectiveness in various forms of advertising, PR and promotion.

The first award was for this past spring's AICC/Paperboard Packaging Hall of Fame video honoring Jack Schwarz. A second award given to AICC and Griffin Communications for Corrugated Week¹s video Salute to Paul Vishny and his 40 years of service to AICC and the industry.

"Our efforts are to tell compelling stories, and what could be more compelling than the career accomplishments of these two remarkable gentlemen," Agency president Nick Griffin said. "We are extremely grateful to AICC and Paperboard Packaging for allowing us to tell their stories. This is our first time entering in the MarCom Awards and we're more than flattered to win not just one, but two of these trophies."

Griffin Communications opened its doors in 1987 as a marketing-driven advertising and corporate communication company serving the packaging and printing industries. More information on the agency can be found at GriffCom.com.
