Advanced Fiber Technology takes four to six truckloads of waste paper perday, mostly newspapers, and turns it into earth-friendly insulation.

The manufacturer is owned and run by Doug Leuthold, a Bucyrus native wholeft the city for a career with one of the world’s largest engineering firms,then came back in 2001 to begin this venture. His company employs 19 and hasannual sales of more than $10 million.
