The proposed permit will allow the company to add a polysulfide generator, replace a digester system, modify a pulp dryer, and make changes to chip fiberline brownstock washing, oxygen delignification, and bleaching systems at its pulp and paperboard facility located at 803 Mill Road. Emissions must remain within legal limits.
DEQ has reviewed the permit application and determined that construction and operation of the equipment under the proposed permit conditions will not cause or contribute to a violation of any ambient air quality standard and will not injure or unreasonably affect human or animal life or vegetation.

The deadline for submitting written comments addressing air quality considerations is August 19, 2015, at 5 p.m. MDT.
