FORT WASHINGTON, PA, Feb. 5, 2013 (Press Release) -Eric Nolan, Director of Sales for Futura Services, is pleased to announce that Keystone Paper Box, a folding carton plant located in South Windsor, CT, has signed a contract for Futura's premium Platinum Support program. With Platinum Support, Keystone will now receive a single point of contact for all their Amtech Imaginera support needs; "We find it very rewarding to be able to speak with one person regarding any issues we may have and be able to resolve them as soon as possible," says John Goodenow from Keystone. "It's great to have someone who understands what our company is trying to accomplish and what our needs are as they occur." In addition to a dedicated support representative, Futura Services' Platinum Support Plan also includes quarterly scheduled conference calls to review support activities and upcoming projects.
