GRAZ, Austria, July 3, 2013 (Press Release) -International technology Group ANDRITZ has received an order to supply a new FibreFlow drum pulper to the board and paper producer PT Suparma for the rebuild of its existing waste paper pulping system located in Surabaya, Indonesia. Start-up is scheduled for the end of 2013.

The drum pulper has a capacity of 350 t/d based on a mix of 80% LOCC (Local Old Corrugated Container) and 20% AOCC (American Old Corrugated Container). The scope of supply includes engineering, erection supervision, start-up, training, as well as a spare and wear parts package. The ANDRITZ FibreFlow drum pulper is used for fiber slushing and separation of coarse contaminants for all kinds of recovered paper, providing high production capacity and better fiber yield in a single unit.

PT Suparma supplies high-quality board and laminated wrapping kraft and tissue paper for the Asian market, also exporting to Australia and Africa. The company produces 190,000 tons of paper per year.
