SAO PAULO, June 7, 2018 (Press Release) -Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A. (“Suzano” or “Company”), in compliance with CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, as amended, and complementing the Material Facts of May 28, 2018  and  June  01,  2018,  hereby  informs  its  shareholders,  the  market  and  other  stakeholders  that  the Company have experienced a total loss of production of approximately 80 thousand tons of market pulp and approximately 25 thousand tons of paper in the period in which its activities were suspended or were operating partially due to the truck drivers' strike.
