BRUSSELS, Jan 27, 2015 (RISI) - The Bankruptcy Court of Milan has picked a new owner for Italy's Cartiera delle Alpi, in Guardabosone, following auction proceedings at the end of December last year. The name of the buyer has not been revealed yet.
The new owner does not plan to resume production at the mill, the mayor of Guardabosone Claudio Zaninetti told RISI, adding that he is instead looking for another investor to acquire the plant - the building and the production unit - in a "complete package."
BRUSSELS, Dec 19, 2014 (RISI) - Burgo will start using natural gas instead of heavy fuel oil in the boilers at its 350,000 tonne/yr Ardennes coated woodfree (CWF) paper mill in southern Belgium next year.
