MALMO, Sweden, June 24, 2010 (Press Release) -A&R Carton publishes its 3rd CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Report, and continues to assume a position of leadership when it comes to promoting sustainability within the carton industry.

The report is aligned with the internationally acclaimed GRI-standard. It provides a comprehensive view of environmental impact from production and products, social responsibility and employer - employee relations.

"In the report we extend our coverage and include a more in-depth description of the circulation of carbon in our value chain" says Per Lundeen, CEO of A&R Carton Group

A&R Carton looks at environmentally sustainable development as a continuous process of combining ecological and economical considerations. The demand for sustainable packaging solutions is growing due to increased awareness among the customers and consumers.

The report also features insights on chemicals and inks in connection with consumer health and safety.With articles regarding the RASFF system, low migration inks and how A&R Carton actively work to reduce the use of unnecessary chemicals.

Other part covers A&R Cartons new product development in the Baby food area, and a presentation of the new customer focused innovation process.
