WASHINGTON, DC, Oct. 3, 2017 (Press Release) -American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) President and CEO Donna Harman and Packaging Corporation of America Chairman and CEO and immediate past chairman of the AF&PA Board of Directors Mark Kowlzan issued the following statement in support of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Smart Sectors program. The EPA unveiled the initiative on Tuesday.
