LITOVEL, Czech Republic, April 27, 2020 (Press Release) -Shortly after the foundation of BCZ the company succeeded to sign order for delivery of stock preparation line, approach flow and PM modernization.
BELLMER Czech s.r.o. succeeded to sign Contracts for the modernization of paper process for its long term customer „ANGREN PACK“ in Uzbekistan.
The scope of supply is stock preparation line, approach flow system and new pope reel. Part of the order is modernization and maintenance of existing board machine with the aim to increase efficiency of paper production.
The ANGREN PACK is one of the biggest paper mills in Central Asia.
The owner of paper mill in Angren is company „NICOL-PACK“, who already owns 5 paper and converting sites in Russia and is part of strong Russian holding TECHNONIKOL.
Stock preparation line is designed for the processing of imported waste paper as well as local waste paper, which is specific with high value of impurities and low length of fibers. The BCZ will supply complete continuous waste paper dissolving process, including low consistency pulper 50m³ and all auxiliaries for efficient continuous cleaning of the pulper. The pulper is equipped with PAPSCREEN – profiled screen for increase of dissolving effect. The capacity of coarse screening will be increased by installation of TURBO SCREEN in the first stage with slot basket 0,3 mm. The turbo screen concept in first stage of coarse screening reduces specific energy consumption. The line includes modern concept of fractionation with refining of long fraction for maximum mechanical parameters. Approach flow is designed for 6 vacuum formers, includes low density cleaning and two stages of TURBO pressure screens. The scope of the supply is very complex with pumps, instrumentation and detail engineering.
The equipment will start up in December 2020.

- production of fluting, liner, grammage 120-175 g/m², PM width 4,2m, capacity 6,6 t/hour (158 t/day), speed 200 m/min.
- SPL a AF capacity after the rebuild: stage 1st - 220 T/day, Stage 2nd - 320 T/day
