MIDDLETOWN, OH, Aug. 23, 2013 (Middletown Journal) -Middletown has unloaded a city-owned vacant property to a local business that will help it expand.
Graphic Packaging International on Charles Street will buy the vacant 2.38-acre lot at 1905 Columbia Ave. - which is to the south of the company - for $50,000.
The company will use the property as a drop lot, where they will have preloaded trailers and semi-truck drivers will drop empty trailers and pick up the loaded trailers, said Judy Arvan, Graphic Packaging's continuous improvement manager.Read more
ATLANTA, Aug. 7, 2013 (PRNewswire) -Graphic Packaging Holding Company (GPK) today announced an underwritten secondary public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain of its existing stockholders. The Company will not sell any shares or receive any proceeds from the offering and the total number of shares of its outstanding common stock will not change as a result of the offering.
