This new plant for the production of toilet paper and paper napkins, will provide the local market which currently is completely dependent on imports.
With this project the company OAO Spartak contributes to the development of the whole territory of Belarus and Mogilev region itself, becoming a mayor player in the CIS World.
In summary the project includes the installation of a complete tissue machine on turn key basis, with a production capacity of 50 tons / day, with jumbo reels of 2,800 mm.
The plant and the machine are highly flexible and allow the use of a complete range of raw materials from Virgin Pulp to 100% to 100% recycled paper or, alternatively, a percentage blend of both, thanks to the complete deinking System integrated in the supply.
The standards of quality and flexibility of the plant were decisive in the choice of A.Celli Paper as a partner for the development of this challenging project.
The installation plan foresees the delivery of all equipment within next October 2010. The first deliveries are scheduled in May. In order to control and monitor all activities, ACP has appointed a skilled Project Manager to coordinates the full turn key project and to agree each action step with Spartak's Leaders. The start up of the plant scheduled in the first quarter of 2011.
