LUDWIGSBURG, Germany, March 22, 2018 (Press Release) -Effective March 26, 2018, or as existing contracts allow, BASF will increase its prices in EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for polymer dispersions by up to 80 euros per metric ton and acrylic hotmelts as well as redispersible powders by up to 140 euros per metric ton.

LUDWIGSHAFEN, Germany, Feb. 1, 2018 (Press Release) -BASF has completed the announced divestiture of the production site for styrene-butadiene-based paper dispersions in Pischelsdorf, Austria to Synthomer Austria GmbH, a subsidiary of the British specialty chemicals manufacturer Synthomer plc. Consent by the competent antitrust authorities has been obtained.
The agreed purchase price amounts to €30 million; the 42 employees who work at the Pischelsdorf site have been taken on by Synthomer Austria GmbH.Read more
