THE WOODLANDS, TX, Oct. 1, 2015 (Press Release) -Following the incident at Huntsman's Uerdingen, Germany site on Aug. 5, the black end of the plant was restarted on Aug. 18, and today the white end was restarted without technical issue and is operational.
