GENAY, France, April 30, 2015 (Press Release) -The Paper and Board team of Coatex introduces its last development, RheocoatTM27. This new rheology modifier has been specifically designed to enhance the water retention and the viscosity control of coating colors.
RheocoatTM27 shows the best water retention in coating colors especially when it is used in precoats where it's mainly needed but also in topcoats.
It allows thus to run coating colors with high solids, coarse pigments without compromising on the control of the process and the blade loads.
Very easy-to use, RheocoatTM27 can be introduced at higher dosage when water retention needs to be optimized.
Its secured and fast thickening is adapted to all types of coating kitchens.
RheocoatTM27 has been specially designed to have a good dispersability and avoid agglomerates.
For further information on RheocoatTM27, please contact the Coatex Paper and Board team that will be more than happy to share its experience in coating colors formulation.
