HOUSTON, TX, June 23, 2014 (Business Wire) -
Officials with Kuraray America, Inc. today announced that prices will increase by $0.04 on all bags of commercial and XEP grades of EVALTMEVOH, GF and ETC resins. Kuraray America is notifying customers of the change, which will go into effect July 15, 2014 or as contracts allow.
The price increase is due to a significant rise in the costs of packaging resin into bags. The company's carton prices will not be affected by the increase.
