WILMINGTON, DE, July 18, 2011 (PRNewswire) -Effective Sept. 1, 2011, DuPont Titanium Technologies announces a net price increase of $500 per metric ton (USD) for all DuPont Ti-Pure titanium dioxide (TiO2) coatings grades and a net price increase of $700 per metric ton (USD) for all DuPont Ti-Pure titanium dioxide (TiO2) plastic and paper grades sold in Latin America.

DuPont Titanium Technologies is the world's largest manufacturer of titanium dioxide, serving customers globally in the coatings, paper and plastics industries. The company operates plants at DeLisle, Miss.; New Johnsonville, Tenn.; Edge Moor, Del.; Altamira, Mexico; and Kuan Yin, Taiwan; all of which use the chloride manufacturing process.
