BERLIN, NH, March 7, 2014 (Berlin Daily Sun) -The Berlin city council has thrown its support behind a proposal to apply for an Economic Development Administration grant to develop liquefied natural gas fuel stations in Groveton and Gorham.
The council Monday night voted to send a letter of support for the project.
Clear Energy, the Massachusetts company proposing to develop a $100 million liquefied natural gas plant in Groveton, is working with local officials on a proposal to develop the LNG fuel stations in Groveton and at the Gorham Paper and Tissue mill as early as next winter.
