A complete and particularly complex system comprised of roll handling and packaging was installed at the SCA Mannheim facilities in Germany. Four lines that, following accurate testing, became ready for acceptance in December of last year.

The company will be represented by Ilim Gofra, the plant built by Ilim Group in the Leningrad Oblast in 2008, producing corrugated packaging of virtually all shapes and sizes with an annual output of 140,000 m2 of corrugated materials. The commercialization of the new product was initially planned at the end of Q2 at its Frohnleiten mill in Austria. "The full scale industrial production is subject to further optimizations," a spokesperson of the firm said without giving further details.

RENKUM, The Netherlands, June 4, 2015 (Press Release) -Graphic paper manufacturer Parenco invests approximately one hundred million euros with its owner H2 Equity Partners in the conversion of its paper machine 2 (PM2). This machine was idled in 2009 by its then owner due to the declining demand of newsprint paper. After the conversion, PM2 will produce about 385,000 tons of packaging paper from mid-2016, intended for the production of corrugated board. With this investment, Parenco creates approximately sixty new jobs.Read more
