Smurfit Kappa UK Limited, a subsidiary of Smurfit Kappa Group plc, a world leader in paper-based packaging, has completed the acquisition of inspirepac.
Chris Marples, CEO of inspirepac, will continue to lead the business and is suitably enthused by the deal.

From May 2016 onwards, tobacco companies will have to sell cigarettes in plain packaging with photographs of internal organs damaged by smoking, with the brand appearing only in smaller and standard typography.
