BRUSSELS, July 30, 2015 (PPI Europe) -Mondi's consumer packaging business has signed an agreement with Germany's POLIFILM Extrusion to sell its film manufacturing site in Osterburken. Mondi declined to comment on the value of the deal.
"The sale will enable Mondi to refine its product portfolio and move away from supplying films to competitors of its consumer packaging business," Mondi said in a statement.
POLIFILM offers a complementary product portfolio to Mondi Osterburken GmbH, which mainly produces polyethylene laminating films and household cling films.Read more
